This gallery contains some of my photos of the Aurorae Borealis or Northern Lights, taken from Point on the Isle of Lewis, looking North over Broad Bay towards Tolsta.

This image is the current strength of the Aurora over the Northern hemisphere, I've found this to be the most reliable out of the information available.
